A longtime user of Ghost Armor on two devices (an iPod touch 4 [for at least 4 years] and an iPad [for almost 2 years]), I came here on my most recent visit to Southgate Mall to have it applied to my brand new HTC One (M8) super phone. While they definitely apply their screen protectors to iOs (Apple) devices more often than to other devices (as could be seen by the stacks of iPhones awaiting screen application), and while they didn't have any pre-cut screen material for my particular phone, they were able to cut a piece to size and apply it much more quickly than they said it would take! Not only that, but as my oldest Ghost Armor application, on my iPod Touch is starting to get a bit ragged, the staff member here was able to cut away some of the excess material such that the original application will last even longer before I will need to replace it completely. I am really impressed with how well this product works and how kind the staff members were on this particular visit to the Ghost Armor kiosk in Southgate Mall. I will continue to have this material applied to my devices in the future for certain and hope that others only have this good of luck or experiences!

This is at least my fourth skin from them.  First time I have been sooo disappointed.   I pointed out the skin was not centered and they just peeled up the top corner.   I said it was still not centered....and they still just peeled up the corner again I can feel the lip of the skin going over the edge of the glass screen on the middle of the phone.  When it hangs over the glass it will peel sooner and require replacement.  Even more disappointing is that there were three installers who were not busy. I could do a crappy job myself.  In fact, I have installed my own skins better.  I don't need to pay someone $30+ to do it and have it hanging over the lip of the glass. Not only that,  I don't even live in town which means a special trip to have it fixed but based on their reaction in the first place, I expect more of the same. With regards to their skins, I think they are good.  They will peel over time, especially those installed on the back of a phone but those on front glass generally have decent longevity.   They skins do yellow over time but my previous phone did look really good when I peeled the skin off.

I had my phone done and within 2 months the armour peeled off. It starts bubbling after a couple weeks then it slowly begins to peel to the point where you cannot keep it on. They say you have a lifetime warranty but I took it in and they charge a $10 fee each time. So technically it costs $10 every couple months to maintain the armour. Don't be fooled by this. Also, it does not product against cracks which they claim.

Great customer service and quality of application of both my & my BF's screen-only GhostArmor protection. Victor (the application-engineer ;-) ) and Alberto were both really upbeat & personable and the tone of the kiosk and quality of service & attention to detail have definitely gone up here over previous visits due to these guys in no small part! 4 thumbs up (since there were 2 of us ;-D ).

Beware of this place! I have done 4 screen protectors from them in the last 2 years or so. On 3 I had to go back once or twice due to bad install within a day or two. But I thought it's worth it if I get to replace for discount if I have issues, especially with tempered glass protectors. So I have an issue with 1 year old tempered glass front. I go in, and they don't have it. They say they will order and let me know. I return a week later, no luck. They promise I will have it in a week and will call me first. I wait another 6 weeks. So finally I go in. They have no record of ordering it. They look at the original tempered glass and tell me it's not from them (which it recently was a year before, but probably new employees and the glass protector has changed, but don't tell me I'm lying, look into first). Can't confirm in the system as they can't find my phone number (after doing 4 skins with them with the same phone number on file!). So their whole marketing plan is, you don't need the receipt, just keep the protector and we will replace it at a discount. 'your old protector is your receipt'. So now they want money to preorder a protector, which may never come in based on what has happened so far. Can't let me talk to a manager per their "privacy policy". What? You can't call a manager for me to talk to, or let me leave a message for? Really this is a money grab with no discount replacement if you have to replace. Fly by night operation. Buyer beware!

I just had them tell me they couldn't honour the discounted price because i didn't show up with the old material. I had to drive all the way home to prove i was a repeat customer and once I complained about this a female employee called me an as*hole. Instead of taking my word they decided to stand around playing on their phones rather than making the company money. I decided to walk away and find 1 of the other thousand shops that isn't run by immature policy pushing children. I will never be returning.

The worker on duty was absolutely rude and before I even walked up to the booth, I heard him rudely snapping at another customer. Products are horrible quality and extremely overpriced.

Had their mate finish applied to my Apple Watch, they advised to be very careful or possible not wear it for a day for it to set up, and the few imperfections would vanish - If not, I was invited to go back in the first 7 days to have them take a look at it. There was a slight imperfection which I assumed would either flatten out, but it didn't really bother me, it was on the edge of my watch face.  The imperfection didn't flatten out and actually about 10 days after the corner started to lift.  No doubt to my own fault. I stopped back at their kiosk the other evening and spoke to a guy by the name of Jote, he was too happy help me out.  He cleaned the little edge that was lifting and cured it back down.  It looks better than new and I'm very happy with not just the product, but even more by Jote. He's a really nice guy and they are lucky to have him. I am looking forward to taking my personal and work iPhones in the next time I am passing buy to have them protected as well.

About a month after having my Ghost Armor installed, I noticed dings and scratches on it. Then it started to peel at the corner a bit. I'm a little less impressed now. I haven't had it replaced yet, I'm waiting for my iPad portfolio to arrive first. I'm hoping having the iPad in the portfolio will help protect it a little more; just shoving it in my purse probably explains why my Ghost Armor is having so many problems. However, I was under the impression it's supposed to be virtually indestructible, and that's not what I've experienced. So, while I am a little disappointed it hasn't held up as well as I wanted, I am glad I have it in place. Plus, free lifetime warranty (all I will have to play to have screen protector replaced is for the labour to install it).

I visited this location after the location in West Edmonton Mall failed to have what was needed (along with poor service) to Ghost Armor my iPad2. I'm please to report the guys at this kiosk were much more friendly and helpful. In half an hour, it was done and my iPad is now protected from whatever I may end up doing to it. I do have a concern about their method of ensuring the devices return to their rightful owners. Since it does take half an hour, you leave it with them (I'm sure you could stand and watch if you like), they write your name on a little post it note and off you go. When I returned, the guy didn't ask my name, just handed over my iPad. Sure, he set me up in the system which required my name, but the post it was nowhere in sight by then. It would be nice to see something more done to make sure everyone gets their correct unit back. Otherwise, it was a good experience. I feel much better about putting my iPad in my purse with all my other junk and not have it ruined.

This stuff is absolute garbage. First, they didn't clean my phone screen properly, and it had smudges in between the ghost armor and the phone. Second, there were a couple bubbles at the top of the ghost armor immediately after installation. Third, it's hard to read the screen with the ghost armor on even with the brightness turned up - it obfuscates the text. I cannot recommend this to anyone...I can get a free screen protector or one for very cheap that is WAY better than this. Honestly, it's overpriced junk. They even cut it unevenly. To top it off, they didn't even tell me to power down my phone when they installed it. After reading the instructions on the warranty after getting my phone back, it's not even supposed to be turned on for the first hour. I turned it off when I received the phone back, but I imagine that might have contributed to the bad installation. I should take it back on the warranty but I was so pissed off by this screen I just ripped it right off.

Okhotny Ryad

Okhotny Ryad Shopping centre is yet another shopping mall in the proximity of Red Square, which unlike GUM and TSUM offers a more down-to-earth price tag. One of the largest shopping centres in Moscow, this underground arcade is home to over 160 brands of apparel, footwear, jewelry, makeup and perfumes. Okhotny Ryad is also known for its great food court, where most tourists come to stop by, once they’ve done a tour of the Kremlin .

Tsvetnoy Central Market

A pure hipster heaven, the Tsvetnoy Central Market, or simply Tsvetnoy is seven floors of shopping, eating and fun. From the high street ground floor to the deluxe boutiques on the fifth, Tsvetnoy sells brands for every taste and budget, including Walk of Shame, American Apparel, All Saints, and Vivienne Westwood. Awarded by multiple design accolades, the beautiful shopping mall is also home to many great pop-up shops, Moscow’s biggest Rive Gauche store and the best indoor farmer’s market in the city.

Somewhat farther from the city centre, AFIMALL City is a dramatically less crowded and very impressive shopping mall right in the heart of Moscow City Business District. Built for adults and children alike, AFIMALL City is a must if you plan on visiting Moscow City Business District.

Metropolis Shopping Centre

Metropolis is where you should go for high-street retail if you don’t feel like traveling too far from the city centre. Home to boutiques like Zara, Marks & Spencer, H&M, New Yorker, GAP and River Island, Metropolis also houses a huge supermarket, bowling alley, swimming pool and a cinema.

Aviapark Shopping Centre

Of all the malls on the list, Aviapark takes the most time to get to, but Europe’s biggest mall is definitely worth the free shuttle bus ride. With over 500 stores, 80 eateries and a 17-screen cinema, all spread across the equivalent of 36 football pitches, Aviapark is officially the most popular shopping mall in Moscow. Our Rail Trips are our most planet-friendly itineraries that invite you to take the scenic route, relax whilst getting under the skin of a destination. Our Private Trips are fully tailored itineraries, curated by our Travel Experts specifically for you, your friends or your family.

We know that many of you worry about the environmental impact of travel and are looking for ways of expanding horizons in ways that do minimal harm - and may even bring benefits. We are committed to go as far as possible in curating our trips with care for the planet.
