“Excellent Help!”
The Customer Service Agent who spoke with me on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had no further issues. I do have to mention that using the 'Chat Now' option through the website, did not work. It said I connected with "Jair A", but I did not receive a response. Disappointing. Other than that, once I called Resume-Now directly, my issue was resolved in a timely matter. Thank you!
“Monthly subscription billing scam out of India”
The "tools" at this site are really not much above what you can do on your own if you are even moderately proficient with MS Word. But the point of the site is to get your credit card number and billing authorization, because in the fine print, this is a monthly subscription for $24/month - which of course, is silly. No one knowingly subscribes. The punchline is, when you call India to cancel, the pretend to cancel - but don't. The only way to cancel is to cancel your credit card.

Fantastic Customer Service, but Resume Builder Could Use Improvement
I was a bit disappointed with the resume building service because I was trying to fit my resume onto one page in an attractive format and just couldn't find a template that would do that. I was also a bit disappointed that when I tried to cancel via chat, it didn't go through and I was still charged on my credit card. I was very impressed once I called customer service. The customer care was fantastic and it almost made me want to continue the service.

Annoying and hard to cancel
It was a pretty good site, but I created my resume wanting to cancel soon after since I was building it for a class and not needing it as a professional tool. They had no way to cancel besides calling, and the person I talked to gave me 3 different discounts trying to get me to stay. It was super annoying to get canceled, and even if I was working I would for sure not pay the $29 that they charge.
