To submit the IGNOU assignment 2024 online using IGNOU’s official website, you can follow these steps:

• Visit the official website of IGNOU: ignou.ac.in
• Click on the 'Student Zone' link in the top menu.
• The student must log in with their enrollment number and password.
• Click on the 'Assignments' tab.
• Click on the 'Submit Assignment' link.
• Select the assignment code and session for which you want to submit the assignment.
• Upload a scanned copy of your assignment in PDF format.
• Click on the 'Submit' button.

Submit IGNOU Assignments Through Google Form

Below are the steps that students can follow if they wish to submit IGNOU assignments online through the Google form link:

• Click on the link provided dedicated to your regional centre, and it will automatically open in your default browser.

Students also have the option to submit their assignments through email, but this option is not available for all assignments. It depends on the faculty and how they want their assignments. Points to Remember Before Submitting IGNOU Assignment 2024 Online

Below are the points to remember before submitting IGNOU assignment online. Students must follow all the points to avoid rejection of their assignment.

• IGNOU only accepts handwritten assignments; no typed assignments are allowed.
• The document should be in the form of a PDF.
• The scanned document should be clearly visible, avoiding submitting blurry images. If students submit blurred PDF files, they might lose marks.
• The maximum size of the document should not exceed 100 MB.
• The file should be saved under your name.
• Don't submit the assignment more than once.
• If the student has submitted a hard copy to the institution, then online submission is not required.
• If you are facing any issues while submitting the assignment online, students can also submit a hard copy IGNOU assignment offline at the institution.
• While submitting the assignment, enter only your email ID.
• Students should only submit their assignments and not any other project.

How Many Times Can You Submit IGNOU Assignments in a Year?

There are two systems of programs at IGNOU: semester and year. If you are taking exams twice a year, like for courses like BCA, MCA, MBA, B.Com, and M.Co, then you are in a semester program. On the other hand, if you appear in exams only once a year, then you are in an annual program. So, if your course is annual, you must submit assignments once a year, and if your program is semester-based, you must submit assignments twice a year. How to submit final projects, dissertations, fieldwork journals, and internship reports online:

• Visit the official website, i.e., ignou.ac.in.
• On the homepage, click on, "Online Link for Submission of Final Project/Dissertation/Field Work Journals/Internships Reports for June 2021 Session Last Date is 15th June 2021"
• A new page will appear on the screen.
• Read the full notification carefully and then proceed.
• Click on the 'Yes' option, then select the option you want to upload
• Submit the file.
• Due to the corona-19 pandemic, it has been decided to postpone Learner Support Services at all Regional Centre/Learner Support Centre's (LSC). The University has further decided to introduce and adopt "Online Mode" to submit the final Project/Dissertation/Field Work Journals/Internship Report to facilitate the learners.
• The learners are expected to prepare the Project Report based on the approved Project proposal wherever applicable as per the project guidelines. The Project guidelines will be the same as contained in the project guidelines booklet sent with SLM
• The learners may ensure that while submitting the final project through Online Mode, the Proposal Proforma is duly approved in original, along with "Synopsis" and Bio-data of the project guide and originality certificate is duly signed by both the Student and the Project Guide with the date to be incorporated (wherever applicable)
• The learners may ensure that while uploading a digital copy of the project through online mode, scanned pages are clear and not blurred, the sequence is correct, pages are well lighted and not dim; orientation of pages is same — should not change between portrait and landscape
• In case of any query with regard to the submitted Project/Dissertation/Field Work Journal/Internship report, the students are advised to write to the respective Regional Centre's Email ID/SED (Project Section) Email ID.

Indira Gandhi National Open University aka IGNOU has extended its deadline to submit the assignments for TEE in December 2021. Now, the assignment submission date is 31st October and students can check all the details on the official website of IGNOU.

IGNOU released an official notice and declared that the university with the approval of the Competent Authority has postponed the deadline of the assignment submission for both hard and soft copy till 31st October 2021. This deadline is for those who are going to appear for the Term-End Exams in December 2021.

Meanwhile, the university has also extended the deadline for fresh admissions for the July 2021 session till 11th October. This deadline is for the candidates who are willing to take admission in the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Diploma programs. However, this is not applicable to certificate programs of 6 months or less. IGNOU Assignment Submission Status List 2024

The students of TEE June 2024, December 2023, June 2023, and December 2022 may check the status of their IGNOU Assignments from here. The submission of the IGNOU Assignment for session June 2024 was already over so candidates can now regularly check the status to get to know whether their marks are updated in the grade card or not. We also want to inform our students that the assignment marks for Dec 2023 session also get updated with the TEE Result Dec 2023 so students are advised to check their assignment marks by following the given procedure.

Furthermore, The students from June 2022, December 2021, and June 2021 session can also find their IGNOU Assignment marks and results here.

How to Check IGNOU Assignment Status, Marks & Result 2024?

Many of the students are getting confused about checking their assignment status & marks online after the submission of their assignments to the study centre which they prepared with their hard work. We have made the process easier for students to find their assignment status, marks & results in one place.

Step – 1 – Click on the given link to check IGNOU Assignment Status 2024.

Step – 2 – Now enter your enrollment number on the window that opens.

Step – 3 – Next, select your respective program.

Step – 4 – Click on Submit to get your assignment status.

Once you notice that the assignment status is showing ‘Received to be Processed’, you can consider that the assignments are gone for evaluation finally.

Note – IGNOU Assignment status may take some time to get updated online so candidates are requested to keep checking their status regularly to find their assignment marks from here. In some cases, the study centre first evaluates the assignment, after evaluation, they send the marks to the regional centre and then the concerned authority at RC uploads the marks online which definitely takes some time.

IGNOU Assignment Status Meaning

When you check through the IGNOU assignment status, you may come up with three different statuses accordingly. Here are the meanings of these statuses that you notice on the window:

IGNOU Assignment Result and Marks 2024

The assignment status will show you when the evaluation is done. The university will start updating your marks on the grade card as soon as the evaluation of the assignments is done. So, you must check the grade card after the assignment status says you to do so.

Step – 1 – Visit the official IGNOU portal at www.ignou.ac.in and go to Student Zone.

Step – 2 –  Search for Results and click on it.

Step – 3 – From the left panel, click on Grade Card.

Step – 4 – Provide your program, course, and enrolment number to search and get your grade card.

As you see your grade card, you can check whether the university has updated your assignment marks on it or not. If the search results are leading to an error, this means the university has not yet started updating the grade cards of the students for this semester.

What If IGNOU Assignment Status Is Not Updated?

Sometimes the update process of IGNOU Assignment status gets delayed for an unknown reason like the evaluation of assignments is delayed in the concerned study centre or maybe the regional centre has not uploaded your assignment marks online. Candidates can wait till the declaration of the result to get updates on their assignment but if you are not able to find your assignment status or marks even after the release of the TEE Result then you need to connect with centre where you submitted your assignments.

In most cases, candidates have to visit their IGNOU Study Centre and complain to the coordinator of centre to get updates regarding their pending assignment marks and status. Please keep a copy of the grade card and don’t forget the receipt of the assignment that you received while submitting of assignments. Once you follow the given instructions, you will get your assignment marks updated online.

If your issue is not resolved after many attempts of visiting or contacting your RC and SC then do raise a complaint at the IGRAM portal. The grievance team will take appropriate action on your assignment work and will revert to you with the exact solution.

Q1. Is it necessary to keep track of my IGNOU Assignment Status? Answer: Yes, it is crucial to regularly monitor your assignment status.

Q2. How much time does IGNOU take to update assignment marks? Answer: You should check your IGNOU assignment after a month to 45 days after the submission of the assignments.

Q3. How can I check my IGNOU Assignment Submission Status? Answer: Candidates can check their IGNOU Assignment Status online through their enrollment number and program code.

Q5. What do received and in the process mean? Answer: Received means the university has accepted and approved the assignment while ‘in process’ means the assignment is being evaluated.

Q6. Why is IGNOU not showing assignment status? Answer: If the window is not showing the status, you might not have submitted the assignment according to the guidelines, or the status is yet to be updated by the respective study or regional centre.

Q7. Whom should I contact regarding an incomplete Assignment Status or Result? Answer: Reach out to the Study Centre or Regional Centre where you submitted your assignments for assistance.

IGNOU Online Assignments Submission Links June 2022

This is for all learners enrolled in IGNOU . Few Regional Centre Released Online Assignments Submission Instruction. Those students wise to submit the assignments through Online mode can Submit the Assignments to the give email ids and google forms.

Guidelines for Submission of Assignments. The handwritten assignments are scanned into PDF format and the file must be named in the following format: Enrollment No+ Course Code e.g. If enrollment Number is 202012345 and Course is BCS011. The name of the Assignment file must be named as 202012345BCS011. PDF Kindly submit the assignments in the given format. if submitted ONLINE before the last date given by IGNOU.

Kindly Read this point otherwise maybe your assignments will be rejected:

• The assignments sent without subject line and not in the proper format mentioned above will not be considered for evaluation.
• Submit your assignment only once for all the courses. Duplicate submission may lead to the rejection of assignments.
• Assignments status for Dec 2021 will reflect only in June/July.

IGNOU TEE June 2021: Last date to submit Assignments Extended till June 15- check notice here

Indira Gandhi National Open University has extended the last date to submit an assignment for IGNOU TEE June 2021. The last date for assignment submission for the June term-end exams been extended till June 15.

Key Highlights

• The IGNOU has extended Assignments, Internships deadline for TEE 2021.
• The students can now submit their assignments till June 15.
• The assignments, projects journal can be submitted either online or physically.

Indira Gandhi National Open University has extended the last date to submit an assignment for IGNOU TEE June 2021. The last date for assignment submission for the June term-end examination has been extended till June 15, 2021. The official notice is available on the site of IGNOU on  ignou.ac.in.  Students of all programs can submit their assignments till the date mentioned above on the official website of IGNOU. Earlier, the Last date for the assignment submission for IGNOU TEE 2021 was scheduled for May 31st. 

According to the Notice issued by IGNOU,  "Extension of the last date for online physical submission of assignments for term-end examination, June 20 21 up to 15 June 2021."

"Extension of the last date for online physical submission of project reports internships fieldwork journal dissertation etc for end term examination June 20-21 up to 15 June 2021," adds the Notice.

The IGNOU has also extended the deadline for DECE project submission with a late submission fee of Rs 1000 till June 15."Extension of the last date for online/ physical resubmission of DECE 4 project of the DECE program for the term-end examinations June 2020 and December 2020 along with payment of Rs 1000 up to 15 June 2021," the notice added.

While submitting the IGNOU June 2021 final project through online mode, the proposal proforma must be duly approved in original, along with synopsis and bio-data of the project guide. Students must ensure that the original project report is to be scanned in a single pdf format file for one subject. In case IGNOU June 2021, project report is not found in order, it shall be returned to the student for resubmission. For more details, students are advised to keep a check on the official website of IGNOU.
