ROOM ASSIGNMENT: Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) September 2021, Teachers Board Exam

According to Resolution 1256, s. 2020, the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) is classified as a large-scale licensure examination that should not be administered during this pandemic, the Professional Regulation Commission informs the public that the March 28, 2021 LEPT has been rescheduled to September 26, 2021.

The PRC announced on May 28 that the next Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers (LET, LEPT) will be conducted in four batches. The exams will be held on the following dates:

can I take let exam for teachers this coming september

Hello Jocelyn. Kun naka register po kayo noong March 2020 na exam, check niyo po sa mga Room Assignment links sa taas kung nan doon yung panganlan niyo. Kung wala po, maaring nasa future schedule pa po kayo.

Kung hindi pa po kayo nakapag register para sa exam, hindi pa po tumatanggap ng bagong application ang PRC para sa LET. Uubusin po muna nila ang backlog sa exam bago mag umpisang tumanggap ng mga bagong test-takers.

Mam may list napo ba kayo sa second batch po sa davao para malaman ko aling batch ako

Yung lists po ay released with the room assignment. Last time po, it was released less than one month before the exam. Expect nyu nalang po around late December or Early January.

After po ng September exam, yung next is March 2023 na. If walang changes sa schedule, yung application date should be around January-February 2023. Good luck po.

PRC Room Assignments for September 2021 Physicians Licensure Exam (PLE)

Manila, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced the list of room assignments for the September 11, 12, 18, & 19, 2021 Physicians Licensure Exam (PLE) for testing locations in Manila/ National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga a week or days before the licensure exams.

The licensure exams for Physicians were administered by PRC and the Board of Medicine headed by its Chairman, Dr. Eleanor B. Almoro, and its members, Dr. Godofreda V. Dalmacion, Dr. Zenaida L. Antonio, Dr. Rafael R. Castillo, Dr. Raquel S. Sayo, and Dr. Martha O. Nucum.

Physician Licensure Exam Coverage

Examination attire.

Male and Female examinees are required to wear their school uniforms.

What to bring?

Don’t forget the following on examination day:

• Notice of Admission (NOA)
• Official Receipt
• Two (2) or more pencils (No. 1 or No. 2)
• Ball pens with BLACK ink only
• One (1) piece long brown envelope
• One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
• Health forms
• Negative RT-PCR Test Results, if applicable, or Certificate of Quarantine

Examinees are not allowed to bring books, notes, or similar items in the examination room. Electronic gadgets such as Apple and Samsung products are not allowed either. Bags of any kind are also not allowed inside the examination premises.

Precautionary Measures

The following precautionary measures shall be observed during the conduct of the Physician Board Exam:

• Wearing of face mask and face shield
• Sanitizing using alcohol and hand-based sanitizers whenever necessary
• Physical Distancing of one (1) meter at all times
• Those with fever and cold are not allowed to take the exam
• Observe proper hygiene at all times

Dear Seawolves,

Thank you for your continued patience as our facilities team assesses the damage in the four residence halls that suffered water damage in the basement areas.  Please see the information below based upon your assigned residence hall: Ammann and Gray Residents : 

The Ammann and Gray residence halls suffered significant flood damage, and residents of these two buildings will need to be moved to other spaces on campus for the rest of the fall semester.  While we know this news is unfortunate, the flooding in the basement area was significant and requires the installation of new utility equipment, including the power transformer. As a result, our team is working hard to assign you to new spaces.  Please read the details below that apply to your student status:

• If you are a first-year student and were reassigned to a temporary space in a first-year community (H or Roosevelt), this will become your permanent space for the remainder of the semester. Once Ammann and Gray come back online, you will be given the choice to move back to your original space or stay in your new community.
• If you are a first-year student and were given a temporary space in a returning student community, our goal is to reassign you to a new space in a first-year community.  For now, please remain in your temporary location, and we will be in contact with you via your Stony Brook email address within the next few days with more information.  Once Ammann and Gray come back online, you will be given the choice to move back to your original space or stay in your new community.
• If you are a returning student and were given a temporary space in a returning student community, this will become your permanent space for the remainder of the semester.  Once Ammann and Gray come back online, you will be given the choice to move back to your original space or stay in your new community.
• If you indicated to us that you are staying with off-campus friends or family through Labor Day weekend (or longer) and have not yet been assigned a new room assignment, based upon the date you indicated you will be returning to campus, we will contact you via your Stony Brook email address with your new assignment.  Our goal is to assign first-year students to first year spaces and returning students to returning spaces.  Once Ammann and Gray come back online, you will be given the choice to move back to your original space or stay in your new community. Next Steps:
• Based upon your status noted above, once your permanent space for the rest of the fall semester (and the academic year, if you prefer) is assigned, you will need to move out of your original space in Ammann or Gray and take all your belongings with you. 
• If you don’t have a permanent space yet, Campus Residences will communicate with you over the next few days, providing you with an update on your assignment, so please do not move all of your belongings until a permanent space is confirmed.
• If you need to retrieve additional belongings, you can access Ammann and Gray residence halls by reporting to the main entrance of your building from 2-3:30 pm each day today through Monday, September 6.  You will be escorted by a staff member to your room to access any personal belongings. Please note this access is just to help you quickly obtain necessary items, and not intended to be for a full move out.   
• We will provide you with moving assistance of your belongings starting Tuesday, September 7 through Friday, September 10 from 9 am - 7 pm and Saturday, September 11 from 8 am - 4 pm.  We will also provide free packing supplies, including boxes and tape. We will share a spreadsheet where you can register for moving dates and times by Monday, so please look for an email update shortly.
• You will need to complete your move to your permanent space by Saturday, September 11.

Irving and O’Neill Residents:  

The Irving and O’Neill residence halls are ready to be reoccupied, except for rooms (O’Neill E013, E014, E015, E016, E017, E018, E019, E020, E021) which need some minor work before reoccupying these spaces.  Power was restored last night and after a thorough inspection, the buildings are deemed safe, and the fire and security systems are operational. Our team is hard at work getting the wifi back, which will likely take until Tuesday to restore.  While you will temporarily not be able to access wifi in your room or building, there are many wifi access points throughout the campus for your use including Residential Computing Centers, the Library, East Side Dining, Union, and many outdoor areas.

Here’s what we need you to do:

• In order to provide new spaces to your fellow Seawolves who live in Ammann and Gray (and will need to move for the semester due to the extent of the water damage in the basement areas of these buildings), we ask that you move back to your assigned room TODAY.  
• If you moved to a temporary location on campus, starting at 1 pm today, please check-out of that temporary location, return the key to the area office of your temporary assignment, and move back into your Irving or O’Neill room. The area office is open until 5 pm today.
• If you had a temporary space in another area, you must return that key no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, September 7. If you vacate your temporary assignment over the weekend, please contact the RA on duty between 9am-5pm to get an express check-out envelope to record your key being returned. Your RA on duty for your temporary building’s RA Office phone number that can be found here . 
• If you are a student in O’Neill in rooms E013, E014, E015, E016, E017, E018, E019, E020, and E021, we will contact you in the next few days to let you know when you will be able to move back into your room from your temporary assignment. 

We recognize this situation is unfortunate and has resulted in many unexpected changes for you. The Student Support Team is available to you should you need help navigating resources on campus. You can contact the Student Support Team at [email protected] or (631) 632-7320.

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Civil Engineering releases the list of room assignments for the November 2021 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam few days before the exams.

The November 2021 Civil Engineer board exams will be conducted on November 14-15, 2021 at PRC testing centers located at NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

The Board of Civil Engineering is headed by its Chairman, Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo and its members Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero.

• One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
• Any licensed Physician (government or private physician)
• Municipal Health Officer, Provincial Health Officer or City Health Officer
• Barangay Officer visiting the examinee’s residence attesting that he/she has been in quarantine for 14 days;
• Informed Consent Form and Health Declaration Form
• Face mask preferably N95 and Face Shield (to be worn at all times)
• 70% ethyl alcohol for regular hand disinfection
• Pre-packed meal/snacks and drinks

PRC said that examinees shall submit the Post Examination Health Surveillance Form to the concerned Regional Office 14 days after the conduct of exams.

What if I failed to take the exams?

In the event that the examinee failed to take the exams due to below reasons, examinee will be allowed to take on the next schedule subject to the following requirements:

• Health Related Reasons: The examinee must submit a letter to the commission or respective board with notarized Medical Certificate as attachment
• Travel Restriction Reasons: The examinee must submit a letter to the commission or respective board with Official letter or restriction from the concerned LGU

What to wear on examination day?

Here are the specified dress codes from PRC:

• For male examinees, white polo shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks
• For female examinees, white blouse or shirt with collar (without any seal, logo, or mark); decent pants or slacks

Not allowed during exams

• Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas
• Programmable calculators and calculators with embedded functions.
• Apple, Samsung and other smart watches, cellular phones, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth and other electronic devices which may be used for communication purposes
• Bags of any kind

Board exams during the COVID-19 pandemic

The following precautionary health and safety guidelines shall be observed at all times during the conduct of the PRC licensure exams:

• Wearing of face mask and face shield. Examinees are also required to bring alcohol-based sanitizers.
• Examination personnel shall be provided with face mask, face shield and latex gloves.
• Observe physical distancing by maintaining 1-meter distance from one another.
• Body temperature will be checked using thermal scanner prior to entry at examination premises. Those with fever, colds or cough are not allowed to take the exams. Their payment will not be forfeited and can be used in the next licensure exam.
• Examinees are advised to bring their food as they will not be allowed to exit the examination room during break time and lunch time.
• Examinees shall sanitize before entering the examination room, after using the rest room and before distribution of test questionnaires.

PRC added that they will not be responsible of any lost personal belongings.

I file already for the May 2021 exam for civil engineering board exam and it was postponed November 14 and 15, 2021. Is my NOA still valid for this coming November 14,15, 2021 examination?

Hello Po, good day ! Regarding sa swab test, okay Lang Po ba Ang antigen test ? Then valid PA po ba Ito during the second day of examination ?

Ok lang po ang antigen test, 24hrs validity po nyan. Ang result ng test prior to exam lang po. Ok na po na the 1st day of exam lng valid yung test mo, kahit hndi na umabot the 2nd day ok lng po.

Sir Ayr, pag home quarantine po alam niyo ilan days valid yong certificate? nag quarantine po kasi ako ng oct 30 tapos okay na po yong certificate ko by nov 12 okay lang po ba yon? 2 days before the exam or dapat po 1 day before the exam po?

Hello. Nag exam ako ng ECE sa Davao and hndi acceptable ang 14days quarantine unless nagpositive ka po and you have to undergone. RTRCR and Antigen lang po acceptable. Ewan q lng po sa other places ng exam po.

Totoo po ba? Ang nakalagay po kasi sa memo ng PRC pwde po kumuha ng Certificate of Quarantine pag di po closed contact sa mga nag ka covid. Pag closed contact po need daw po ng RT PCR test. Yung RT-PCR po pwede po magtest ng wednesday Nov.10, kasi pasok naman po sa 5days?

Yung official receipt , parang wala namang binigay nung nag submit ako ng application. Yung NOA lang na may OR number. Ni re require po ba yun kasi nasa list of requirements prior to start tha exam. Thanks

I undergone quarantine for 14 days and i have my certification coming from Barangay officials. And i would like to confirm about the OR (official receipt) which i was not given and only NOA that i have. Please let me know if i will be allowed to take the exam. Thanks and hoping for your reply.
